  9. Ensure that your printer is switched on for the driver installation. The ink cartridges must be properly installed in the printer. Also, check that the plain A4 size sheets are properly loaded in the main input tray. 
  10. Now, navigate to HP’s official website i.e. 123.hp.com. Then, the correct printer driver for your HP printer and operating system will be located on the website.
  11. After that, keep following the instructions to download and install the printer driver or printer software app.
